S1005: It is a special PDC cutter for Φ25mm, Φ26mm anchor drill bits

S1005 is a PDC cutter specially developed for Φ25mm, Φ26mm anchor drill bits. The diameter of the PDC is 10.5mm, the height is 5.5mm, and the chamfer is 1/4 circle. This chamfer is placed at the core of the drill bit during welding to increase the strength of the core of the PDC being squeezed by the rock and prevents the diamond from cracking in the core of the PDC
